This partnership was created to deliver greater value to iWide users and provide FirstBank customers with a simple way to save on their shipping needs.
The offer consists of a 20% discount and will be valid from June 30, 2026, through June 30, 2027. The offer applies exclusively to FirstBank Puerto Rico customers. It is valid only for Islandwide services processed through the iWide application by registered users who pay with their FirstBank Puerto Rico debit or credit card with Visa® or Mastercard® logo.
Next Day Service: Includes pickups Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and deliveries Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. For this service, packages picked up on Fridays will be delivered on Saturday if the order was placed in the morning; packages picked up on Saturday will be delivered on Monday; and orders entered on Saturday and Sunday will be picked up on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. Islandwide will apply a variable charge between 3% and 8% for each individual package, subject to fluctuations in gasoline costs. For more details, please refer to Islandwide’s terms and conditions.
